I am a British Council-trained IELTS trainer with more than 2 decades of experience in ELT, ESL and ELE. I earned my Doctoral Degree in Metacognition Studies from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU). I was awarded a Ph.D. on March 19, 2019. I earned an MPhil degree, too, from EFLU in the Year 2013. I researched, ‘Augmenting Academic Speaking Skills using NLP.’

 I specialize in training students in Academic Writing and Speaking Skills. I have trained teachers on Classroom Management and other theories such as Emotional Intelligence and Multiple Intelligences. There is no domain of Education spanning from Teacher Training to Classroom Management and the concepts of Affective Filters that I have not touched on so far. I am also skilled at ‘Designing curriculum for Needs-based Education’ going by Paulo Freire’s profound Educational insights. I also specialize in Task-Based Pedagogy and Communicative Language Learning.

 My research interests encompass the domains of Academic Reading, Academic Writing, and Academic Speaking. This makes my presence propitious to Educational Institutions that give preference to Teacher Education and Communication Skills Education. I taught Postgraduate students, Effective Business Communication when I was working with ICFAI. I can organize creative writing and communication skills workshops and also train students for Campus Placements commendably. These are my peerless strengths. Backing my claims I have an MPhil and Ph.D. from one of the most prestigious Universities in India, the English, and Foreign Language University.

I am also a Certified Mental Health Counsellor from the Arogyam Institute!!
